Cancel the order

If the delivery period exceeds 3 business days, your order can be canceled in writing within 2 business days.

For delivery periods within 3 business days, a cancellation can only be made subject to the charging of already incurred costs, such as brokerage fees and cancellation fees of the delivering decorator.

The cancellation of an ordered product (see delivery time on the item) can only be made against the replacement of the already incurred brokerage, material, and labor costs.

A cancellation after this period can only be accepted in exceptional cases, and a refund of the order value cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations must be sent to the email address [email protected] (Customer Service) during regular business hours.
